If you give a man some clippers...

The title here goes along the same lines as the book "If you give a Moose a Muffin". You know how the story goes, if you give the moose a muffin, he'll want jam to go with it. If you give him some jam he'll need milk and it snowballs from there. Well, something similar happened here last weekend. Iain decided to borrow some clippers from the neighbor to buzz Iain T.'s hair. Then since Iain T.'s hair was buzzed, he wanted his own done. So I helped him buzz his. (Here's where the snowballing happens.) Sean was watching and asked to have his done also! How can you tell a child that his hair is too pretty to buzz? Especially when everyone else just had it done!! Yes, it happened! Iain buzzed Seany's hair too! I have to tell you that I walked away, I just couldn't watch!! For some reason, I've always wanted his hair to be longer. I'm sure it goes back to those beautiful white curls he had as a baby!

Anyway, as the blond locks were landing on the floor, I did run back in to grab a chunk. I saved it in a bag with the label "Sean's first buzz"!! When all was said and done, I have to say they both look adorable! Here are some pics...

Sean: "Mommy, do little boys grow up to be Daddys?"

Me: "Some do. Do you want to be a Daddy one day?"

Sean: "Yes, how many years 'til I can be one?"

Me: "All people are different, but maybe in about 20 years, not for a long time."

Sean: "Okay, but I don't know who my kids are going to be yet."

A long pause...

Sean: "I can't wait to meet them!"

Ohhhhh' I love that little boy!

Spring Break

Oh' how I love Spring Break! Sleeping in (til 7:30am!!), Iain home for a week, no schedules to follow, bike rides! Yippee! This year was no exception! Here are a few pictures!
