Is it a rite of passage? Is it par for the course? I don't know but Iain sure is good at it! It has almost turned into a comedic act around here. Yesterday at the park I asked Iain if he'd smile for a picture. I already had the camera aimed and ready when I asked...this was the response I got!! Quite impressive that I was able to get the full effect!
I showed him the picture and after we all had a good laugh he gave in and shared a smile for the camera!! What a guy!

Groundhogs Day
Yes, I know I'm a little late in posting but better late than never right? Last week, February 2nd, the boys asked what we were going to do to celebrate Groundhogs Day! Not being very familiar with any Punxsutawney Phil games or activites, I was at a loss. After a little thought, I decided we would have Groundhog Burgers! All it took were turkey burgers, two peanuts, a raisin, yogurt, pretzels, half a piece of licorice and voila...groundhog burgers! If anyone is an aficionado on large rodents please forgive any anatomical errors. I wasn't quite sure of the size and shape of the ears and tail! Right before I served them I couldn't help but stare and be proud of my creative work. Iain jokingly asked if I wanted to take a picture of it! Darn right I did...

A penny for your thoughts

She actually may get more than a penny for this one! I thought this picture was so funny, the wide eyes and hair are a crack up! If only we could know what she was thinking. As you can all see she is chubbin' up quite nicely. Believe it or not she is starting to outgrow her "newborn" size clothes. She may be moving to size 0-3 months soon. This is such a new experience for us since the boys started in 0-3 months and skipped size"newborn" all together.
