Change in Command

Let the games begin everyone! Miss Sara is mobile! She's been flirting with crawling for a few weeks now. She rolls from side to side at an angle to get where she wants to be. But this morning, she let us know she's no longer fooling around. Iain T. left the remote control right in the middle of the downstairs rug, her eyes lit up and off she went. She used the "inch worm", which closely resembles a wounded soldier, as her mode of transportation. Her little butt goes up in the air and she pulls with her arms. Once she reached the remote and pushed a few buttons with her teeth and chin, the boys morning cartoons were gone! The look on her face was pure satisfaction! I had to laugh that her first bit of mischief was directed at Iain and Sean!! They were both semi annoyed that 'Scooby Doo' was gone but at the same time thrilled that she was moving around. They were on the floor trying to get her to do a replay, which she didn't do. I think she just wanted to give them a little taste of what life will soon be like.
